Guess where I went today: the SPCA! Did you know that the animal shelter gets less than 1% from the government! Soon it’s kitty season where over 40 kittens a month will be taken to the SPCA, however the shelter sometimes has no room for them. There is a foster program where you can look after the animal until the animal shelter finds a new home.
